These terms and conditions apply to all consumers placing an order with Ekbacken Studios. If you are a trader and would like to place an order, please contact us. The contract for purchase is made between you as a customer and Ekbacken Studios AB, registered in Stockholm with company number 559355-6664, (“Ekbacken Studios”) and VAT number SE559355666401

Overview
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Prices
Prices on ekbackenstudios.com include VAT at 25%. Total price including shipping and VAT will show in the check out.
Payment Methods
Credit card payment - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Express Payment - ShopPay & GooglePay.
Klarna - Pay now (bank transfer), Pay later (invoice or part-payment) and Klarna Finance. Please contact us at support@dustydeco.com if you have any questions regarding placing an order.
Online Store Terms
Customers placing an order with ekbackenstudios.com must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided. Ekbackenstudios.com reserves the right to check this data. Information about how ekbackenstudios.com handles your personal data can be found in Ekbacken Studios’ privacy policy. We endeavour to ensure that all information on ekbackenstudios.com is up-to-date and correct, but in exceptional cases incorrect information may be given. Ekbacken Studios reserves the right to correct incorrect information about price or availability, misprints in product descriptions or other incorrect information on ekbackenstudios.com.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). All intellectual property rights relating to ekbackenstudios.com belong to Ekbacken Studios. Content such as trademarks, images, product names, descriptions, layout, graphics, etc. is protected by copyright law and may not be copied or used without Ekbacken Studios’ written consent. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
REFUND POLICY
If you bought a good or a service online or outside our store (by telephone, mail order, from a door-to-door salesperson), you have the right to change your mind within 14 days. This means you have the right to return an item without giving a reason. You need to notify us that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of when you received the goods. The goods must be returned in same condition and in original packaging as when received, unassembled, unused and undamaged. Ekbacken Studios do not stand for the return shipping cost. To return the product, please contact us for help. A refund will be made in accordance with your chosen refund method once we have received and accepted your return. The refund will consist of the full order amount less return shipping.
DELIVERY TIME
All delivery times are approximate and refer to the time between receiving your order and producing it in Sweden. If the delivery time is longer than what was first communicated to you, we will notify you as soon as we are informed of the delay. Ekbacken Studios is not responsible for delays caused by you or a third party and that are beyond our control.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
When you receive a delivery, you should always check the goods for any damage sustained in transit. A note of any damage in transit, such as damage to goods or packaging or a missing package, must be made on the carrier's consignment note and signed by both you and the carrier. You must then report the damage immediately to us. If the damage is only discovered after unpacking, the damage must be reported to Ekbacken Studios within 7days of the day you received the goods. You must send pictures of damages, packaging and description before we can accept this as a claim. Contact: info@ekbackenstudios.com
COMPLAINTS
Under Swedish law, when you buy an item from ekbackenstudios.com, you have three years in which to complain about any defects. This means that you can complain about defects in your product that were present at the time of purchase but only become apparent later. However, Ekbacken Studios is not responsible for any defect caused by neglect, accident or similar. If you want to invoke your right to complain about a defective product, you should notify us as soon as the defect becomes apparent. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time from the date you noticed the defect or should have noticed the defect. Once we have received your complaint, we will assess the product in accordance with the applicable legislation. If, following our assessment, the goods are found to be defective, we will compensate you in accordance with the applicable consumer legislation, but if the goods are found not to be defective, Ekbacken Studios is entitled to reject your complaint. If your complaint is rejected, you are liable for the cost of return shipping. If your complaint is accepted, Ekbacken Studios will pay for return shipping.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Modification of the terms and conditions
Ekbacken Studios reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions on an ongoing basis. Every time you order Products from us, the T&Cs in force at the time of your order will apply to the contract between you and us. If we must revise these T&Cs and this has a material impact on your order, we will contact you to give you reasonable advance notice of the changes and let you know how to cancel the contract if you are not happy with the changes.

Retention
